Our Gracie Girl
Just wanted to give a shout out to our Gracie girl!
She had a phenomenal 9th grade year!
She excelled in school, seminary and student government.
She also worked hard to improve her violin and driving skills.
She and her bestie Camie, celebrated their 9th grade year with a drive-by at the school and Chick Fil A.
Gracie was also invited to participate in the drive-by awards ceremony.
She surprised us all with being awarded Eisenhower Student of the Year!
Only one girl and one boy are chosen for this award, so I guess she's a pretty big deal.
We aren't sure where our kids got their "book smart" genes.
It certainly wasn't from their parents.
Gracie started Summer school yesterday.
She's taking driver's ed so she can get her license on her birthday, September 16th!
