CHOIR

Once there was this mom who REALLY wanted her daughter to take choir.

So she offered her 40 bucks to try it out for the semester, and she did. 

Yesssss!

The daughter had one request, that she wouldn't have to invite anyone to her concerts (except me--deal was, I come, or no cash).

She had her first concert last week and did amazing!

She even liked one of the three songs they performed.

I loved all three songs so much.

Gaby and Ahna (my young women) performed as well.

Saturday Janie and I went to watch Ahna perform downtown in the Tabernacle with the All State choir. 

We had a fun date night!

Janie needed proof she was there so she could get choir credit.

She's also a rebel and made me smuggle in her caramel crunch shake in my back pack.

They were amazing!

(Janie said the shake was amazing too)

Yesterday Janie received her Patriarchal Blessing.

It's tradition for the grandparents to come.

Kev's parents were sick and couldn't make it 😔.

Hopefully Papa Tom was able to join us.

Janie was given a beautiful blessing and bore the sweetest testimony.

She has such a tender heart and gets so emotional when she shares her beliefs.

So grateful mama Jan could be there.

One of the best parts was when the Patriarch asked what her favorite class was.
