The Bravest Boy

After meeting with a specialist Logan was admitted to the Children's Hospital in Tucson last Monday.

He was diagnosed with childhood nephrotic syndrome, or in simpler terms, kidney disease.

The poor little guy was so afraid to go into the hospital, but he did it and was very brave while they ran all their tests.

They started him on a steroid treatment and will continue to monitor him.

The steroids can take a toll and we are praying his body will respond well.

Children can grow out of this by the time they are adults, so we are hopeful that will be the case for Logan. He's the sweetest and bravest boy!

Thankfully Aubrey and Logan only had to stay in the hospital over night and were home in time for all of Beau's back to school festivities!

When Logan starts preschool this month it will just be Willie and mama.

I hate living so far from my shmoos.

The best we could do is send them some dinner money and prayers.

Grateful they have Nanny Cam and a ward family that takes such good care of them.
