Let the Celebrating Begin

I love all the advent calendars.

Garren does too.

We started off our Christmas celebrations last week at Gracie's Madrigals family night.

She sang and danced her little heart out.

And you'd never know she's been dreading this.

She almost didn't try out for madrigals because she didn't want to dance around in her pajamas for most of December. I told her a few weeks of uncomfortable is a small price to pay for doing what you love the rest of the school year.

She's a week and a half in and despite the hole she found in the crotch of her pajama pants, she's hanging in there.

She's so lucky to work with Mama T (in yellow).

Such an amazing and talented music teacher!
