Let's Start With Thanksgiving 2022

Let's start with our Arizona Becks!
They celebrated with the traditional rockets.
Their awesome nanny, Cam, was able to celebrate with them.
And yes, they call her "Nanny Cam", love it.

Aubrey makes THE BEST Thanksgiving dinner!

They decorated turkey cookies.

This little lover got a short break from the tube.

Poor little guy (Will) wasn't feeling well.
He's had it rough with a cold and he has struggled to keep all of his feeds down.
He hasn't gained weight in several weeks and will be seeing a new group of doctors.
If you'd like to send prayers his way we would appreciate it.

Last March we booked a beach house in Rocky Point Mexico for Thanksgiving.
We loved our visit to Rocky Point back in 2017 and thought it would be fun to gather there as a family after Kloe got home.
Because of Will's health, Jax's family stayed home.
We missed them all so much!

Thanksgiving morning I came out to Kevin playing with one of his favorite toys.

Maisie loved the sand and her new sand toys from Aubrey and Jackson.

The Mango Man stopped by to make us breakfast...

It was THE BEST mango I've ever had.
Maisie ate most of this one...

Maisie talking on her "shell phone"...

A few of us went into town while Karla cooked our Thanksgiving meal (more on Karla later) and Garren dug himself his own little water hole.

We're thinking we may stay there next time.

We learned something new about Jenna while in town.

She loves to barter.
Loves it.
Jenna saved Kloe 20 bucks off those cute shoes with her great bartering skills.

Pedro Estabon for President...

Jenna, Kloe and Lilly needed dresses to match the rest of us, so we found them some pretty ones!

We attempted group photos as the sun went down, but the wind was no bueno.

Hopefully it's just a phase...

And then it was on to our Thanksgiving feast of fajitas and the most delicious guacamole and salsa.
Thank you Karla.

I gotta say.
I've been spoiled the last two Thanksgivings.
This year Karla cooked for me and last year Aubrey.

Mexican chocolate coconut cake in place of pie...

It was fantastic!

Each night we took turns leading a gospel discussion around the Come, Follow Me lesson for the week and then who ever was in charge also chose an activity for the family.
It was Jenna and Dakota's turn Thanksgiving night and for their activity they chose dancing.
It started with some slow dancing...

And evolved to a congo line (I think that's what they're called).
This was our version of "the wave"...

We worked off all those fajitas and the Mexican cake...

Lilly slept through the entire thing.
