We Love You Wednesday's
Can you sense my excitement?
One of my favorite things about Wednesdays is my weekly visit to the Great Harvest Bread store.
I get a text reminder every Wednesday that it's "We LOVE You Wednesday" - the day my favorite breads are on sale.
But what I love even more than buying homemade bread (that I don't have to make) is the free samples.
I leave with a big fat slice of whatever it is they are sampling.
Brings me joy every week.
I used to save some to share with Kevin, not so much anymore.
Instead I've started buying their uncut loaves and cutting Kev and the girls big fat slices--pretending I made it with love.
It doesn't matter to them who actually made it.
Hermana Beck is doing great!
Thriving actually, now that she has a clean apartment.
That cute lady is a member who has been helping Gracie with the cleaning and she also keeps her well fed. God bless all the people who have loved and helped our missionaries.
Messy house, messy mind.
That's what I always say.
Just kidding, that's the first time I've said it, but it rings true for me.
I don't operate well when my surroundings are crazy and out of order.
We talked to Gracie Monday and she's doing great, but was too busy cleaning to get out a weekly email.
But just think of the clarity she'll have next week when she writes to us.
Man I love this girl.
Miss her so much.
As her Papa Tom would say--She's the best!
