Rat Proofed

The East side of our house is extra cold in the winter and extra warm in the summer.
Have I mentioned monkey's built this house?

We've been having our morning scripture study in Kevin's office.
Which is also freezing, but he has this heater that works like magic and the room is toasty warm.
As you can see, the girls make themselves very comfortable.

Good news guys.
The rat patrol came on Saturday and rat proofed the inside and outside of our home.
Let's hope they took care of them.

I don't want to forget my lunch date last week with my college bestie Shelley.
Or Pearl as I like to call her.
2021 was quite the year for my dear Pearl.
She lost her mom last summer and 6 months later, to the day, she lost her dad in December.
Since college our lives have mirrored each other...waiting for our missionaries, marrying our missionaries, having lots of babies and everything in between.
She also has four grand babies and is welcoming two more this Spring.
It's great to have good friends to go through life with.
Love ya sa much Pearl!!

And a little update from my daughter from another mother.
Sister Mac is loving Yak.
She's served in Yakima her entire mission.
She's thinking this next transfer she might head to Oregon.
We will see.

She loves teaching about Jesus and especially loves to teach the grandma's and grandpa's.

She worked at a rest home before her mission and loved it.

 Love you Sister Mac!!
