Last week we spent a few days celebrating 28 years of love
First stop, Taggarts.

We stayed a couple of nights at the Alaskan Inn up Ogden canyon.
On our way we saw this rainbow--perfect since it was St. Patrick's Day.

And then we saw the entire rainbow.
It was beautiful!!

My brother Rick recommended the Alaskan Inn.
And their french toast for breakfast.

I think it was the best french toast I've ever tasted.

Went on a snow hike.
It was so pretty!
Watched This Is Us--we've been saving season 5 and watched episode after episode.
We also got a couples massage.
Ask Kevin how he felt about that.

On the hike Kevin let me get all my words out.
After 28 years, he still loves to hear me talk.
We got back to the lodge just in time for Kevin to save two babies trapped in a running car with the heat on.
He didn't have his lock-out tools so he had to improvise with a hanger and a door stop.
He saved the day!

On our way home we drove past Weber State and had a moment of silence for Dakota and Jenna.
With all the online learning, I'm not sure if either one of them will ever actually step foot on the campus.

We made a stop to see Rick's new business, Code Ninja's, in South Ogden.
He and his partner Jay are doing awesome!
Rick used to be in construction before he became a tech guy, so they did all the build out themselves.
If you haven't heard of Code Ninja's, it's where kids get to learn to code while they build video games along with some other fun stuff.

Looks like they have another location in the works!
So excited for you brother!
