Grandpa Keith's house is finished!

I've posted the majority of the photos over the last several months, but I'm going to do a few more posts to document the before and afters this week.

Today highlights the outside...

September 1, 2020

Mike and his crew tore out all the bushes, put in some xeriscaping and removed the broken railing...

Zaim replaced the roof and Deon replaced the gutters...

The sprinklers didn't work and needed some major repairs...

Mike worked his magic...

The lamp post got a face lift...

So did the garage door...

And trim...

Jessica picked the perfect yellow for the front door...

Filling a dumpster seems like no big deal, but the bending up and down a bunch of times for the guy who's had a recent concussion was a bad idea.

When we finished Kevin had to go home and go to bed.

Painted the awnings, replaced the porch light and spray painted the mailbox and house numbers...

New windows!

Painted the back door to match the front...

New Storm Door
