Preparations

I am very grateful for no school Fridays!

I've been pushing for this for years.

Part of our General Conference preparations took the girls and I to the Oquirrh Temple Friday morning to watch the sunrise.

When I invited them Thursday, Lilly was a "heck no".

And then I bribed offered everyone who came muffins and chocolate milk.

One of the parents didn't agree with the other parent's method of getting Lilly to do what I wanted.

But in the end, she thanked me for taking her.

So I feel good about it.

 

The sunrise was beautiful.

This Friday I'll have the privilege of worshiping in the temple with Jenna and Dakota when Jenna receives her endowment.  I can't wait.

We had such a peaceful, relaxing, inspiring conference weekend.
