His Last Day
Dakota has been learning all kinds of skills working for Complete Restoration since June.
He can't wait to help his mama with all sorts of home projects, like that master bathroom that needs a complete gut job, (but not til after we get the house paid off, of course). You literally, need to have had your shots if you want to go in there.
Today is his last day.
Dakota took a new job with a competitor in Kaysville.
He and Jenna are moving to Layton in a couple of weeks.
Jenna is starting a new job too.
Right now she's a Medical Assistant for a family practice in Provo and she'll be moving to an OBGYN office in Layton.
Lots of changes for these two.
We will miss having them as neighbors.
I'll especially miss taking and picking up Dakota from work a few times a week.
It's the best weekend of Fall!!
To say the Beck's are excited for General Conference would be an understatement.
Thanks to television and internet, Covid restrictions won't keep us from gathering together in Christ to hear from our Prophet and Apostles.
The other day I was driving with Lilly and she says, "Thanks Mom, for always making General Conference something we look forward too". Lilly gets so confused as to why some of her friends don't get as excited about it as she does. The credit really goes to the cinnamon rolls and caramel popcorn :)
If you feed them, they will come ;)
Pick up some cinnamon rolls and caramel popcorn and join us

Kevin got some bad news this week. The melanoma was deeper and wider than anticipated so he has to go back in Monday for more surgery. If you'd like to send a few prayers his way, he'll take them.
