Love Trip to Moab

Becky Beck is a team player.
So when Kevin mentioned he needed to check out his hunting spot near Moab, I planned our love trip around it.

The views were beautiful and the food was so good!
Don't believe what Yelp! says about the service, it was great too!

We spent one day driving and hiking around the La Sal mountains.



It was a beautiful day.
Moab was in the 100's, but the mountains were much cooler.
Kevin found just the right spot to put up one of his trail cams.



Next time I'll come a little more prepared.
Shorts aren't a good idea when your climbing through the sage brush.



We did some exploring on our morning walks and managed to binge on the entire second season of Hanna (Vidangeled of course--you'll want to edit out the language) and quite a few episodes of Madame Secretary.
We have perfected just the right mix of adventure and lazy.



Janie is the one who actually gets credit for the location of the trip.
She finished her Hunter's Safety course and drew out for the antlerless elk hunt in La Sal.



Her Dad couldn't be prouder.
