Little Rebels

I guess she's really starting high school.



Gracie had her tennis physical this week and she's got a bunch of tennis matches lined up in August.
She's pretty excited!



These two have the best piano teacher ever.
After lessons they get to swim in her pool.



Wednesday the girls were very bummed not to be invited to the party behind our house.
Lilly was ready to march over there and invite herself.
Seriously, she was.  I caught her right before she left the house.



Instead, she and Janie waited for the kids to take a break for lunch, then they jumped the fence and took a turn.

We've had a hard time getting Lilly excited about reading.
But she loves animals, so I gave her Charlotte's Web to read and she's loved it.
Yesterday during dinner her dad told her he'd watch the movie with her after she finished the book.
So Lilly spent the next hour and a half finishing the last 50 pages.





And then they watched the movie.
She loved it.
I'm going to give her Stuart Little next.



These two left Monday for a back packing trip to the Uintahs.
It dd NOT go as planned.
