Full Draw
Last week Kevin came very close to shooting a turkey.
He had one in his sights and was at full draw.
And then his glasses fogged up.
Shoulda worn contacts.

Yesterday started off early with lots of turkey calling.
After a nap, Kevin did some more scouting.
He got in the truck and looked over to this...
She's lucky she was a she, or she would've been a gonner.
Last night Garren and Kevin went out for some more scouting and came home with a bird.
Fun fact about Garren: He LOVES to hunt!
Got himself a little souvenir.
He secured his spot as Kevin's favorite son-in-law when he found both Kevin's arrows.
Dad gave me the blessing; it was beautiful. He reminded me of our eternal family unit and blessed the baby that he would be strong and healthy through Christ. He blessed me with wisdom to understand, patience, to trust in the Lord, and that through Christ all things are possible.
