Girls Camp Part 2

In our past life the best part about cabin trips were movies and the junk food-oramas.
In our PHA (Post Heart Attack) life the best part is walk/hiking in the morning before it gets hot.



We have great talks and great views.
It is beautiful everywhere you look.



We also did some reading and watched a couple Little Houses on my laptop.
We are on Season 6.
We will be so sad when it's over.



I did try and be helpful now and then.
Kevin talked to the girls one night about repentance.
We set up the outdoor projector so he could show a video.
Aside from the mosquitoes it was great!





The girls did a service project.
My Dad would have loved it.
He liked to keep the walkways and driveway clear of weeds and debris.
The girls got after it and cleaned it all up.

Last year around this time was when I brought my Dad to the cabin.  It was his last cabin visit.  He was feeling pretty rotten but he absolutely loved it.  And he would have loved knowing all these girls got to spend a week in his happy place.
