Tres Leches Cake
It was Janie's turn for a date with Mom and Dad over the weekend.
She wanted a quesadilla so that's what she got.
I assumed she'd tried a tres leches cake at school with all the Spanish culture they get, but I was wrong so we hooked her up.
She LOVED it.
I loved it too. I love moist cake. Kevin hates all moist cake and he REALLY hates the word moist. So I say it over and over.

She loves life and is almost always smiling.
She is loving school--especially learning about the rock cycle.
