Cereal Wednesday

A few weeks ago Kloe declared our Wednesday morning scripture study as Cereal Wednesday and gave everyone permission to eat their breakfast while we read.  Lilly did it once and then opted out of Cereal Wednesday because by the time she got to school she was hungry again.  Kev and I don't eat breakfast til 10am so we opted out too but the other three embrace it.

When I say "family scripture study" the "study" part is hit and miss.  Lots of mornings we just read the words, but some mornings we have a really great gospel discussion.  Other mornings we get so far off topic that we only read a few verses.  I'm hoping the new Come, Follow Me manual will help us up our game and have more meaningful discussions and learning.  Kev and I are excited to dig into the New Testament with the kids.
