In the Old Days

Yesterday during church Lilly says to me, "Mom, in the old days, like when you were born, people were named after other people like Alma the younger".  Yep Lilly, me and Alma the younger go way back.

Last night Rick and Mindy hosted family night and it was the Beck's turn for the lesson.

I didn't have time to plan one so I asked the girls for a volunteer.  Nothing.  Then I offered a bribe and settled on $4 and a cookies and cream shake for Gracie to do it.

So much family love happening right here.

Miss Stella was accepted into the Chinese immersion program at her school.  Only thing cuter than Stella Jane is Stella Jane speaking Mandarin.
