Janie Rose LOVED the shed hunt.

No sheds were found but being in the outdoors with her Dad was the best!

It was hot dogs and barbecue chips (Janer's favorite chips) for dinner.  Janie's not a fan of hot dogs (loves corn dogs though, go figure) but she thought making them in the hot dog toaster would be fun and her Dad told her everything tastes better when you're camping.  When she got home she told me Dad was right, everything does taste better camping, even hot dogs.

After hot dogs they hunkered down in the trailer and watched My Dog Skip and Remember the Titans.

The breakfast was everything she hoped it would be.

Other than the nap and sleeping at night, she never stopped talking :)

It's a girl thing around here.  So much to say.  Good thing her Dad's a good listener.

Kevin gets so worked up over making these trips great for his kids.  

I told him not to worry, if she didn't love it just take her to McDonald's for a cheeseburger and ice cream and end on a high note.

But she loved it just like I knew she would AND Dad got her McDonald's for dinner.
