Our Little Chicks
Sometimes my Sundays are REALLY busy.
Yesterday was one of those.
It began at 7:30am with our Stake mission prep class. Regular church meetings and visits to two wards for ward conferences. Then we wrapped it up with our Stake youth standards night.
By the time I got home at 8:45 I was beat and my feet were killing me.
But I love the Sabbath, I love to serve, I love that it's a day of rest from all the other stuff I do the rest of the week, and really, as long as I am able to gather Kevin and our little chicks around the dining room table for Sunday dinner I'm happy.
I loved bonding with my Gracie over Cafe Rio and shopping. She had gift cards to spend at Claire's and had so much fun spending them.
The girls had a bunch of their friends from the neighborhood over for a movie and pizza.
Our neighborhood has LOTS of girls! There are 10 ranging from 4-16 just in the little bend on our street.
The highlight of my weekend was getting a new to me washer and dryer.
Thank you KSL and Paul Blart (you'll meet him later this week) for saving us 650 bucks!
