There will be three

Saturday we gathered as a family along with some of our favorites for our first Beck family Christmas party of the season.

We love each other.

We love every chance we get to spend time together, all of us.  And while we know that Baby's Kevin's spirit can be with us anywhere, there's something extra special about being here in this place.

This is the last time we'll all be together at the grave during Christmas time for at least 3 years so I soaked in and embraced every minute of it.

We talked and laughed a bunch, sang, and Jackson gave our family prayer.

Jax and Aubrey announced the top 3 names for baby Beck and had us all vote.  Although they admitted, when it comes right down to it, our votes don't really matter :).

5 years ago I never would have guessed we'd be gathering here to celebrate Christmas.  5 years ago I had no idea the blessings I would experience with having a child in heaven.  Christ's birth, life and death has taken on a deeper meaning for me and for our family.  I am grateful to my Savior for making it possible for us to all be together in the next life.

As always we gathered for a meal at the Dude Ranch.

Most likely, the next time we see these two there will be three!!
