Santa Came to the Sollis Party
Tonight we had the Sollis Christmas party and I gotta say, it was pretty dang fun.
Sometimes, Tirk has a lot to say.
He might get that from Megan.
Look who stopped in for a visit...
The REAL Santa.
Seriously, he was the best.
Knew all kinds of stuff about the kids.
Some of the kids cringed a little when Santa talked to them about the naughty things they'd done this past year. Like when mom gave Estabon money to wash her car and he used it to wash his brother's car instead.
Esty hooked Santa up with some cool custom socks.
Santa praised Lilly for not throwing freak shows any more, which she is very proud of and mom and dad are very happy about. I think this might be Lilly's first visit with Santa, or at least the first one she can remember. Shame on mom and dad. We don't give Santa much attention around these parts. He puts gifts under the tree every year and we watch some of the fun Santa movies, but that's about it.
Papa Tom was definitely on the nice list and the star of the Twas the Night Before Christmas play...
The kids (and big kids) all opened presents from Mama Jan and Papa Tom.
Santa did an Elf test to see if any of them were elves.
No pointy ears so I guess not.
