This happened last night...

Can you tell he's still in character?

The night started out not too promising.

Each candidate was asked a question.  Esty's question was "If you could go anywhere on vacation where would you go?"  Esty's reply:  "Anywhere where my little sisters aren't".  

Now Estabon is usually great at quick and witty comebacks but clearly the pressure was getting to him and we could tell the minute he said it, he wished he could take it back.  He actually really likes his sisters most of the time and is such a cute big brother to them.  And I won't even go into how cute all his little sisters were, sitting on the front row, cheering him on.  Lilly even had all her fingers crossed for her brother.

Anyway, next up was his original poem.  He wrote it with no help from his mother, about his mother.  His people loved it.

Then it was time for his talent.  He took his heat press and made this awesome shirt...but waiting for the heat press to do it's thing was kind of boring so he filled the time doing a creative interpretation of Napoleon Dynamite performing The Rose in sign language.  And then he threw some custom socks into the audience.  He brought the house down.

In other news Kloe's buddy Megan had a birthday so we celebrated with her favorite donuts!
