The Perfect Spot
More hunting this past weekend.
They found the perfect spot to camp.
Gracie got to go with Dad and Jax and she was SO excited!
She loved sleeping on the top bunk she helped her Dad make and here they are sitting on the couch that doubles as the bottom bunk.
They dined on hotdogs made in the hot dog toaster...
They saw some beautiful scenery while they hiked the 9 miles, but sadly the only deer they saw was dead on the side of the road.
Random picture of Lilly doing her Saturday chores.
These are her favorite pj's and she's so dang cute in them.
Mama Jan and Papa Tom came over for dinner and family home evening last night.
Lilly showing grandpa how her lunch box clips onto her backpack.
Grandma helping Kloe fix her glasses.
I am grateful for the time my kids get to spend with their grandparents. They are lucky to have all four of them just a few minutes away.
Lilly's turn for the lesson.
It was about being missionaries.
We talk a lot in our family about being good missionaries to the people around us. It's one way we keep our baptismal covenant as we stand as witnesses of Jesus Christ.
One of the highlights of my weekend was being able to have the missionaries in our home to teach my neighbor Alex. I love seeing how the gospel of Jesus Christ is blessing her life.
