Fish for Egg Rolls

Thanks to Josh the A/C guy and Sophany the egg roll queen, the Beck house is back to being a happy place.

We have this little arrangement with our friend Sophany.

Since we don't eat fish we give her our catch of the day and she makes us fresh egg rolls.

They are fantastic!  Although I think she may sneak a little fish in there, disguised as chicken.
