Batman and Appreciating Cows

Look who started piano lessons this week!

Janie has been SO excited to start piano.

They always are...until they have to practice instead of playing with friends :)

Her teacher, Joan Shaw, is the best!

Janie ran into her good buddy Spencer at the park.  

She recognized him immediately, even with the batman mask.  

He's definitely on her Spidy birthday party list, which isn't happening until September, but she's planning ahead.

We made sure to support cow appreciation day on Tuesday.

We like to do our part.

Kever made some progress on the car-vel (cargo/travel) trailer.

He envisioned his boys helping him with this project but one got married and moved away and the other one has a pretty busy social life so his girls have stepped up and been his right hand women.

I'm hoping to get some painting done this weekend.

I'm mixing one of my "Colors by Becky" with a mis-tint I picked up from Lowes and the left over "Colors by Becky" blue-gray color we mixed up for Kloe's room.

We're also welcoming the Arizona Sollis's to the Beck house this weekend.  

The Tom and Jan Sollis family are having a big reunion next week!  Mama Jan will have all her family together for a family photo which hasn't happened in 15 years.

The Texas cousins are on their way...

The Seattle cousins are in the process of packing...

And last but not least...the Arizona cousins are on the road too!
