Estabon Suits Up

Saturday we went over to my parents house to take down their Christmas lights.
When Grandpa and Rick saw Estabon they got all excited because they knew he would do the job no one else wanted because he's a really nice and helpful boy.

They had him suit up in some full body over-alls, put on protective eyewear and sent him under the house to put in some insulation.

It took us (and by us I mean Kev and Estabon) about 15 minutes to take down the lights and over 4 hours to get the insulation in and some sheetrock up.

While the boys were doing boy stuff the girls loved looking through Mama Jan's scrapbooks.  She told them lots of fun stories about her ancestors.  The girls were gripped.  And then Emmy put an app on their iPad and found a handful of ancestors to do temple work for--which was pretty exciting since so much of our ancestors work has already been done.

Kevin came home from his church meetings yesterday and found them in the tub again, and in their PJ's at 4 in the afternoon.  My kids can't get in their PJ's fast enough after church.
Lilly took a much needed nap and Janie watched some Veggie Tales.
