My brother in law Scott had a business trip up North so he picked me up a bunch and just in time since Jackson loves it too and we are down to our last jar.

It was our Sollis Family Night tonight.

These two had their noses buried in a map of the Uintas half the night.  They are planning a Sollis Man vs Wild Man trip this Summer.  Coy has been begging his Dad to let him live off the land so while everyone else is sleeping in tents and eating delicious bacon, granola bars, and dehydrated food, Coy will be catching fish, using leaves for toilet paper, and building a lean-to out of sticks and branches.

Aunt Megan gave us a great lesson on service, the kids played like wild Indians, and we had a feast of sweet and sour ribs, crunchy potatoes, 7-layer salad, baked beans, watermelon, rolls, and ice cream on a stick for dessert :).
