Guinea Pigs

My friend Linda stopped by tonight asking if we would be her guinea pigs and try this Neapolitan cheesecake with an Oreo crust.  She's experimenting with recipes for our neighborhood Christmas party this December (she and her husband Don have done it the last 2 years and they do an amazing job!) 

It was as tasty as it is beautiful!

I may have it for breakfast lunch and dinner tomorrow (if the children don't get to it first).
