Taller in the Morning

We measure the children every November.

Or in January if we forgot to do it in November.

Esty told me the other day that you are taller in the morning than you are in the evening.

We tried out his theory and he is right!

I'm not kidding.

In the morning, he's about a quarter inch taller than Jackson, and in the evening he's about a quarter inch shorter than Jackson.

It's so weird.

Lilly was a rock star at the dentist today.

She was nice and chatty with the assistant and the hygienist but when the dentist came around she was done.  He tried to get her to make a pinky promise about brushing and she wouldn't even look at him.
