St George - Day 1

Today I am thankful for our trusty family truckster.
We bought it a month before Janie was born and it's been the best car ever!
We've had all kinds of fun family adventures thanks to this guy.

We were on the road at 9:30 this morning on our way to St George...

We'd been on the road about 15 minutes when we realized 2 of the 3 children had forgotten their temple recommends (the main reason we are going to St George is for Dakota to do baptisms for the dead in the St George temple, the last temple on his list of Utah temples) so we turned around, went back home, and headed out again at 10am.

We made it all the way to Beaver before taking a break.

When we arrived in St George we hiked around and let the kids do some exploring, minus Emmy who opted to sit in the car.

We had all-you-can-eat pizza at the mall for dinner.

The people watching was PRIME!

We finished the night with a couple of Redboxes.
