Janie Reads The Book of Mormon

Janie is about the age our kids have been when they join us for scripture study in the mornings.

She's recently decided she wants to join us and even made me this reminder...

If you're in 1st grade or older you get woken up at 6:15 for family scripture study, but as soon as our Kindergartners have started learning to read they get excited about reading the scriptures.

If your kids are struggling with learning to read.  Spend time with them every day in The Book of Mormon.  Learning to read, by reading from this book, is just one of the many blessings it has to offer.

Today I am thankful for Alexandra, or Sasa as we call her.  We've known her since she and Emmy were 3 year old lady best friends.  Sasa comes to our house twice a month all the way from the BYU to teach Gracie her violin and piano lessons and she's a fantastic teacher!
