He Voted

It's Spirit Week at the elementary school!
Today was sports day so Janie wore her Dad's Taylorsville HS football jersey (and here she is up to bat).

Gracie supported our USU.

The husband supported his right to vote today.

Which is saying a lot because he is not a voter (gasp!).
He has strong feelings about politics and the corruptness of it all, but he loves his little brother who has very strong feelings about getting Steve Nelson elected as the District Attorney so he put his feelings aside and voted.

And then he sent this picture to his little brother...

just to get him worked up.
Dakota found an app that could switch around the info.
Kev thought he was all kinds of funny.
His brother wasn't laughing.

Today I am thankful to be an American.
Yes, America has it's problems, but it has WAY more positives than negatives.  We have so many freedoms and blessings living in this country.  I'm also thankful to live in Utah.  What a beautiful state and a great place to raise our family.
