The Kids Are Growing Up

We spent the afternoon with our friends the Simisters in Henefer.

The kids are practicing for a couple of shows they'll be doing in the next few weeks.

Emmy leaves for USU and Austin leaves for BYU next month so I don't know how much more they will get to play together.  Sigh.  The kids are growing up.  Sigh.

They played a little Ashokan Farewell (the song I've requested they play at my funeral), Danny Boy, Cabbage, Lover's Waltz, Drunk on You, Fiddle Faddle, and The Devil Went Down to Georgia (I'm thinking of adding that one to my funeral list as well).

The Beck family garden is thriving this year...

Yep.
