The Surprise Party

We headed to Malad Idaho today for Grandpa Moon's Surprise 90th birthday party!

53 of us gathered to celebrate Grandpa, which is less than half of his entire family.

Megan hates missing out on family events...she FaceTimed grandpa and here she is getting her picture taken with him :)

My brother Rob wins the prize for traveling the farthest to come to the party!

Janie had never seen a picture on a cake before.  She thought it was so cool and really wanted a piece of the picture.

Mindy and Aubrey did quite a bit of bonding on this trip.  They also realized they had a few things in common.  One of them being they both have a staring problem.  Bless their hearts.

I love it when Kyle comes to the party.  The kids love him and he loves to play with them.  Janie played hard.  Her bum is covered in dirt and the front of her shirt looked the same way.

We stopped at Kevin Jr's grave before heading home.  I love this little cemetery.

We'll be back in a couple of weeks to celebrate Kevin Jr's birthday.
