Missionary Monday

We sent Jackson his first package today.

We got a short note in the mail last Friday with a list of a few things he needed.

Here is the email we received today...

Hello there! I still can't write a real letter until my P-Day on Friday, which is killing me. They are all about the obedience thing here so I will be obedient, but they said we could send a little note today telling you we are okay. I am okay. Really good actually. I feel like I've been here a month and can't wait to get to the field, but there are a lot of things I enjoy. I am almost always in a great mood. I can already notice big changes in myself. Portuguese is hard, but coming really fast. Days are so long and I wish I could tell you about everything, but that will be pretty much impossible so I will do my best in my letters on P-Day, but I am keeping an awesome journal so you will be able to read that in two years and won't miss a thing :) I hope you all are doing well. I love getting letters and hearing about the family. I'll write you again Friday.
