A Birthday and the Suitcase
Jackson's 19th birthday started at 6:30am with bacon, sausage and candy french toast...
and then he went right back to bed :)
Kloe and Gracie and I, along with a few other family members headed downtown to the courthouse this morning for another birthday celebration!
Karter and Kaitlynn turned 11 today and were able to be adopted by their Dad Scott!
Scott has been taking care of "the twins" since he and Kimmy were married over 9 years ago. He's a wonderful Dad and the twins were so excited to be able to finally have the "Moysh" name.
Love this Moysh family!
The traveling missionary suitcase arrived for Jackson today.
Right before Jackson's friend Jackson Roper left on his mission, Wyatt and Daniel called Jackson (Roper) and said they had a gift for him. They had gone to DI and bought this suitcase with a pair of shoe trees as a joke. They all decided that they were going to make this suitcase sentimental amongst their friends.
Each one would sign the suitcase with their mission information and put something in the suitcase and pass it along to the next friend leaving on their mission.
Jackson Roper signed it the night before he left and put a few items into it for the next friend in line to leave - and that would be Jackson Beck!
Jackson requested a Turkey dinner for his birthday meal. Thanksgiving in February is the best! Papa Dave, Mama Linda, Tami and Steve all came to help celebrate. Here we are at dinner, where Emmy is trying to convince us all that Mr. Armstrong's visit to the moon was faked. She makes a pretty convincing case.
Jackson's little birthday present helpers.
Lilly's birthday is on the 26th of February so she got a couple of gifts too!
Don't be jealous.
Mama Linda made Lilly Bug this beautiful Minky quilt.
It's pretty much the cutest thing ever!
Sure love this kid!
Raising him has been a pleasure and such a fun adventure. I'm so grateful to be his Mama.
