Big Thanks
Jackson is still in Arizona with my brother Rob and his wife Steph.
It's like 70 degrees where he is. Lucky.
Jax is learning all he can about the financial world my brother lives in. He's watched Rob's success and noticed some of the perks that come with Rob's job and has been curious about what exactly he does. So it's been great that he's had the time to find out. We try to teach our kids the importance of choosing a career they will enjoy and one that will give them the flexibility to have plenty of family time. We've told our boys that a big part of their time will be spent providing for their family, so why not spend that time doing something they love. Jackson's major is currently computer engineering but he's keeping his options open :)
Jackson has felt right at home with Rob and Steph's 4 daughters. He knows a thing or two about little sisters. He also knows a thing or two about playing cards and may or may not have won 50 bucks off Rob's work friends in a friendly game of Texas Hold em'.
A big thanks to Rob and Steph for educating, feeding, and entertaining my boy.
And a big thanks to my neighbor who brought us cinnamon bread from Great Harvest last night. We made french toast with Kneader's syrup for breakfast (they scarfed it so fast I couldn't get any pictures :)
