Grounded

 

Fun Fact #11

 

Kloe likes to be the center of attention...which is why she would love to be an actress some day.  She sure was the center of attention today when she got in trouble for watching TV even though she was grounded from it.  So now she's grounded from TV AND gets a few more jobs around the house!

Oh my goodness this child has been a stinker the last few days!  She's been my perfect sleeper for a year now and suddenly she's afraid of the dark and the porta-crib she sleeps in.  We've went from her putting herself to sleep, sleeping 10-12 hours at night and taking 2 to 3 hour naps in the day to refusing to go to bed and take naps.  Her nights are restless and her naps are short :(  Poor thing, and poor mom and dad.  Here she is taking one of her short naps.  We put the porta-crib away and brought a mattress in our room to see if she'd sleep on it.  She would rather jump on it than sleep on it.



So I spent the morning with my big boy but got zero pictures of him.  Everything went great at the Dr's office and then I took him shopping for some grown up clothes.  He's decided his High School wardrobe of "Highland HS Rams" gear that he's worn for the past 3 years doesn't work for college.  We didn't go too crazy since we'll be replacing college clothes with mission clothes in a few months.

While Jackson was trying on clothes I was checking out the salt and pepper shakers collection.  Wonder Woman and Elvis salt and pepper shakers!  So many shakers and too little shelf space :(

 



Janie and Emmy tagged along for the ride to take Jax back to Logan.  Janie is just the opposite of her baby sister--she's the perfect traveler! And so fun to be with.  Emmy's fun to be with too, when she's not moody, tired, or hungry.
