Stella Jane

 

 

Today I got to meet my new niece, Miss Stella Jane...

 

Isn't she a pretty little thing!

Even though my sister didn't pick Kimber--my vote for her name, I LOVE the name Stella Jane!  She's named after her cute Grandma Janie and she's grandbaby #32 for my parents.



 

Here's the cute Mama, my sister Kimmy.  We just sat and visited for a couple of hours, just me, Kimmy and Baby Stella.  Kimmy told me all about her birth story.  She was a rock star and had Stella natural!  Kimmy went into the hospital to be induced on the 15th and that morning I got a phone call at the cabin from her at the hospital.  She was trying to decide whether or not to get an epidural--that was around 8am and sometime after 2pm she had Stella, with NO epidural.  In our family we call that "Steph-in it" because my sister-in-law Stephanie has all her babies natural.  Welcome to the "Steph-in it" Club sister!
