Fishing and Pitching
Jackson's baseball tournament started today. He played his first game at 9am.
And there he is, way out there in left field...
But even more than football and baseball, Jax loves to fish for Bass. He had several hours between games so his dad made it happen!
If you look close you'll see Jax out on the lake in his "secret weapon". He managed to catch 2 bass--the highlight of his trip :)
Baseball is a nice break from football for Jax. It's far less stressful and even though football is his favorite sport he likes the change of pace baseball brings.

We were all shocked to see him on the pitcher's mound! He's never pitched much but the coach kept him in the entire game and he did fabulous!
We ate a lot and laughed a lot!

At the end of the day it was a no winner for the Rams but Jax did great both on the field and the lake so it was a great day!
Jax opted to spend the night with his team at the Chuck a rama. The ladies and the husbands opted to go to a steak house for dinner (can't remember the name but the food was good).
We ate a lot and laughed a lot!
