A Trip to the Conference Center

We had a regional conference this morning so we were able to go to the Conference Center for church. It was a great service.

A few of the highlights were:

-Hearing David L. Beck speak, the General Young Men's President and my mother's first cousin (not to be confused with the David L. Beck who is Kevin's dad and the kids Grandpa :) -Singing our 2011 family song How Firm a Foundation -Seeing the temple Kev and I were married in -Hearing an Apostle of the Lord, Elder David A. Bednar, testify of Christ and teach about Christ's character.

PS: What are your thoughts about Dakota's new look? He is pretty proud of that little black bow tie.

Me too, I think he exceptionally handsome in that sweater and love the bow tie. He will probably set a new trend with his friends. Very proud of him that he wears what he likes and doesn't care about what anyone thinks. Oh, and the family looks fabulous. We really enjoyed conference this morning also, only at our stake house.
