Crazy Hair Day and a 1st

She totally had the coolest hair-do

Other than freezer jam (which really isn't the same) I have never ever canned anything in my life. Until today. My cute neighbor had a billion apples and invited me over to make applesauce and pie filling.

It wasn't nearly as hard as I thought it would be. I might even do it again some time.
