Football at Home and Abroad!
Dakota's football season is well underway and he's loving every minute of it!
Kota has worked hard to be able to start on offense and defense and here he is kicking one of his amazing on-side kicks!
Last Saturday he scored his first touchdown of the season!
Our football week usually starts on Thursdays --Jackson was moved to the JV team a few weeks ago but when the JV team doesn't play he plays with the Sophomores. He had a great game Thursday--scored 2 touchdowns!! Fridays we have Jackson's Varsity games. And on Saturdays we have Dakota's games. Jackson told us he goes into a little bit of a depression Sunday through Wednesdays, waiting for football games to start back up--pretty sure his dad does too!
Kev, Dakota and I went to Pocatello Saturday to watch Jax's Varsity team play in the Rocky Mountain Rumble. Jax headed up on Friday afternoon with the team...they chartered buses (and we're not talking school buses, these were the fancy kind --like the fun bus that takes you to Wendover) and put them up in a hotel.

It was a GREAT game with lots of crazy plays from both teams...check out the score with only 7 seconds left...
Unfortunately in those last few seconds the Idaho Rams kicked a field goal to win the game. Better luck next week!
