A Freezing Lake and a Cold Pool
Some friends from Kevin's work invited us to Lake Tahoe in February.
We had never been so we farmed off Jax and Em and packed up Dakota and went.
It was beautiful...and FREEZING...and so fun!
Did some sight-seeing.
We took a cruise across the lake.
Ate delicious steak and Italian food.
Played Dominos and cards.
Dakota was the best (and cutest) little traveler!
This baby is rolling all over the place, and he loves to hear himself "talk".
We've had lots of changes in my family.
Rick and Mindy moved to Boise last month. Rick was offered a great job, so they took it!
Natalie and Danial moved to Alaska a couple of weeks ago. Danial works for JCPenney in loss prevention and they transferred him to Alaska. Ask Kevin how excited he is to have someone to go visit in Alaska!
We spent a few days in St George last week.
Kevin's cousin had his mission homecoming, so we made a vacation of it.
On the way down our transmission went out.
The good news--it was under warranty. The bad news--we had no dollars for a rental car.
My cousin Trent came to the rescue and let us use his car and we spent lots of time with my Aunt Jill and Uncle Craig. They spoiled us!
Uncle Craig introduced the kids to his bird.
Emmy wasn't sure what to think of him, or her.
Megan came along and that was the best decision ever!
The kids love her!
She also took one for the team and watched the kids so Kev and I could go on a vacation date.
Going to the city pool has become a fun St George tradition.
The water was REALLY cold, so me and Dakota sat this one out.
