Turning 2 and a Trip to St George

Jackson is 2!!

We celebrated our favorite two year old at McDonalds with family and friends.
He called it "my happy birthday".

He is a big fan of Winnie the Pooh so he blowed out two candles on his Winnie the Pooh cake, twice!

Aunt Tami gave him a camera and he made sure to take pictures of everybody.

Jackson currently refers to me as "mommer".
He calls waffles, "awfuls".
He loves it when I wrap him up in his towel and rock him after a bath.
I sing "Happy Birthday to..." and he fills in the blank with "daddy, Papa Tom, Aunt tami...".  It's very cute.

Baby is due in about three months.
We had our ultrasound and opted not to find out the gender, but Kevin swears he saw boy parts.  If you can't tell, I am swelling up nicely.  Hands, feet, face.  I retain water really well.

"Helping" mom make pizza.

We spent a few days in St George with Marci and Rhett last week.
Kevin has been overloaded with work and school and was ready to get away.
The boys golfed and fished and we stayed up late playing games.
We were hoping to do some hiking, but the weather didn't cooperate.

We spent a couple of nights in a hotel and then my Aunt Jill invited us to stay at her place while she was in Salt Lake.

Jackson did NOT want to get out of the pool.

We spent a few hours in Vegas.
So much to see!  Jackson loved it.

Kevin ended up getting a different position at the bank!  He's no longer the "copy man".  He's now a collector trainee and liking it so much better.
He starts a new quarter today in school.  Poor guy has so much on his plate.  I don't know how he does it all.  Kevin is pretty burn out with the mortuary work.  We'd really like to buy a house, but aren't able to see any way that can happen in the near future.
