Sollis Family Reunion at Lagoon

We had a great turnout for Papa Tom and Mama Jan's annual Lagoon day!

The week leading up to this day lots of prayers were offered that Papa Tom would be able to join us.

There was a time when he would be there when the park opened and ride the rides with his kids and grand kids until the park closed down for the night.

This year he made it on the train and Rattlesnake Rapids (twice!).

He spent the rest of the time visiting with everyone at our home base (two tables by the merry go round), and watching his grands and his great ride the rides.  He loved every minute.

Kevin offered to take him home around 8pm but he said sitting and being with everyone at Lagoon was much more fun than sitting at home.

This is Megan's friend Oliver.

We reeeally like Oliver.

And that's all I'm going to say about that.

Rattlesnake rapids closed for an hour right before it was their turn so Kimmy turned on her fanny pack (it plays music) and they had a dance party.

Kev and I missed the dance party because we were going on Cannibal for the first time ever.

I loved it and hated it all at the same time.  I can't believe they haven't had anyone fall out.

Beau was a big fan of Lagoon :)
