Love Our Long Weekends

Love, love, love our long weekends!
The kids had Friday and Monday off so they we were able to watch President Monson's funeral as a family.  It was a beautiful service.  So grateful to have been blessed by his service.

We watched the young adult fireside with Elder Uchtdorf and his wife Harriet Sunday night.
If you missed it you can watch it HERE.  Loved hearing from his wife and I always love hearing from him.

We plan to start Lilly with piano lessons when she turns 8 and violin once she gets the hang of piano but she's been begging to learn the violin so I told her we'd give it a trial run with Gracie as her teacher.  By the end of the weekend we decided it would be best if she practiced in her room with the door shut :).

Janie asked if she could organize all the music books.
She's a natural at the organizing thing.
I'm so proud.

Turns out our theater DID have a sing-a-long for The Greatest Showman!!!
It was Kloe, Gracie, Janie and Lilly's first time seeing it so they didn't sing much but Kev (yes Kev), Rachel and I sang our little hearts out.  Loved it for the 3rd time!
