Your Honor

A couple of weeks ago we went to the State Capitol to support Uncle Stevie as he went before the senate committee for a recommendation to be a juvenile court judge.  

He pretty much rocked it and the recommendation was unanimous!  

His nieces and nephew were in awe at his amazingness.

And then last Wednesday he went before the Senate and they all gave him the thumbs up, so there you have it!  This guy's a judge!

And a fine judge he will be.  I can't imagine anyone more qualified than Steve as he's spent many years as a juvenile prosecutor and the last couple of years as a defender.  He's had the opportunity to see both sides which gives him a unique perspective.  He spends much of his free time serving these kids and his love for them and his passion for the law will make him a fantastic judge.
