MLK Cabin Weekend - Post #2

Johanna gave us this Costco size container of Jelly Belly's for Christmas and for a month now we've been picking through it to find our favorite flavors.
Mine are Cappuccino, Caramel Popcorn, Buttered Popcorn, and Toasted Marshmallow.
Sadly, I've eaten them all.

A whole lot of ping pong and air hockey was happening all weekend.

Janie's banana chair bed...

We had a John Grisham movie marathon.
Ate Papa Murphy's Pizza (a cabin tradition)
Played board games
Had a cabin family home evening led by Estabon.  He taught us about priorities and how important it is to put God first in our lives.  It was one of my favorite family nights ever.

This guy was Grandma Emmy's (the cabin's founder) first Great-Great Grandchild to visit the cabin.
He loved it.

Em and Aubrey sang to the beautiful music of Emmy's ukulele while they worked on a little present for their Grandma Linda.

Before heading home we had a monster breakfast complete with Kneaders french toast, eggs, sausage, bacon, and Papa Dave's potatoes.

I loved everything about this weekend.  It was the best having everyone together.  I'm going to miss Jax, Aubrey and Beau terribly when they move to Arizona this week.  We all are.  I feel like this is the beginning of the scattering of our children.  I'm guessing several of them will end up living out of state.  It's a good thing I love to travel :).
